Lia Auto Group proudly announced a $5,000 donation to the American Heart Association in support of the 2026 Capital Region Heart Ball, that was held February 27th at the Albany Capital Center. Lia presented a check to the American Heart Association on Thursday March 5th at Lia Honda located 1258 Central Avenue. The Capital Region Heart Ball is one of the area’s premier fundraising events benefiting the American Heart Association’s mission to fight heart disease and stroke.
Lia Toyota of Wilbraham & Northampton for the 10th consecutive year is supporting Baystate Children’s Hospital. Riley Campbell & Adam Drollett, both General Managers, presented a check for $15,000 on Tuesday March 3rd at Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The money donated went towards the 25th Annual WMAS Radiothon to benefit Baystate Children’s Hospital, which takes place on March 3rd and 4th. Baystate Children’s Hospital is a 110-bed and 57-bassinette hospital located within Baystate Medical Center and is proud to be the region’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (CMN). It is also the only accredited full-service children’s hospital in western Massachusetts, and provides primary and advanced medical care to babies, children, and adolescents and their families.

Lia Toyota Rockland donated $7,500 to the Community Foundation of Orange, Sullivan & Rockland, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening the local community through long-term philanthropic impact. A check presentation was held on Thursday March 26th at Lia Toyota Rockland located at 618 Route 303 Blauvelt. The contribution will support the Foundation’s mission to help individuals, businesses, and organizations establish charitable funds that provide ongoing grants and scholarships assuring resources are available to support vital community needs for generations to come.

Once again the Lia Block of Enfield dealerships donated to the Enfield Little League in Connecticut. A check presentation was held on Saturday, May 2 on the baseball field. Enfield Little League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a healthy, safe, and fun environment for children to learn baseball/softball. Its mission is to use the ball field as a classroom to teach discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, fostering community spirit while building character and values that guide players into adulthood.
Lia Auto Group donated $2,000 to the Niskayuna Baseball Team this year and had the honor of tossing the first pitch to the team! The objective of Niskayuna Baseball, Inc. is to firmly implant ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority in the youth of the community. Also, to aid them toward being well-adjusted, stronger children and to help them grow to be decent, healthy and trustworthy adults.

Lia Toyota of Wilbraham is once again sponsoring the YMCA of Greater Springfield as a Corporate Partner. This includes a donation and annual golf tournament totaling $5,000, as well as volunteer painting at the Camp Stony Brook Acres picnic tables on May 4, and a school supply drive in September. The dealership will give $15 toward school supplies for every car purchased. The YMCA of Greater Springfield’s mission is to serve the human needs in greater Springfield by providing programs that promote lifelong personal growth and the balanced development of spirit, mind and body for all.
